Each session is different as my goal is to work with you to meet your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs.

We will have an intake interview where you can share with me your needs, medical history and anything that you wish to transform.

My mission is to help you transform whatever is no longer serving you.

Whether this is a physical limitation, some emotional challenge, or a desire to reconnect to loving your body and fully feeling your body.
